Every plan starts with a 15-day free trial. You subscribe from your Primestation account; the buttons below take you there with the plan you picked.
Choose a plan on this page. You sign in to (or create) your Primestation account, which is where you subscribe, pay and renew every product. Then you create the Visitor Tracking username and password you will use here.
Your Primestation account only manages subscriptions and billing for all your products. Visitor Tracking has its own username and password, so the people who read your statistics never need access to billing.
After you add a site you get one line of code. Paste it in the head of your pages, or in your site builder's custom-code box. It loads asynchronously and does not slow your page down.
It depends on the plan: Basic 3, Pro 10, Enterprise unlimited.
Basic: 30 days, Pro: 1 year, Enterprise: unlimited. Older visits are removed automatically.
You get a reminder and an invoice before it ends. If it is not renewed, collection pauses after a short grace period. Nothing is deleted and everything comes back when you renew. Renewals and cancellations are done in your Primestation account.
Reset it from your Primestation account: open your products and choose "Reset Visitor Tracking password".
